The Danish Meat Research Institute, DMRI, is a key innovation driver within the Danish meat industry. With 100 specialists, the institute is the largest centre of excellence within research into food of animal origin in Denmark. Our specialists ensure the consistent, high quality of Danish beef, pork and poultry and that the products meet the demands of international markets.
