Project - Euromaster – Tyre Centres of the Future
The project is completed.
Project start 1st February 2009. Expected completion June 2010.
Reduction of heavy lifting in the tyre trade;
The project focuses on the challenges posed by the numerous heavy loads that characterize working conditions in Euro Master and other such firms in the tyre trade.
Using definition and analyses we will hold courses for the concept development of new solutions for work processes, technical assistance tooling, design and workplace culture in existing facilities and in relation to future tyre centres.
The idea is that in co-operation between labour conditions advisors, process consultants, trade experts and firms, new thinking patterns concerning the working environment can evolve.
A decisive element is promotion and competence processes concerning the problems surrounding heavy lifting in the tyre trade. As a result, interactive learning models also are significant areas within the project.
The success of the project will see a reduction of sick leave and lower employee turnover, as well as the implementation of technical aids. In addition, data will be gathered to aid the design of future tyre centres.
