Job and Career - Application

When we have a vacant position, this is advertised under the menu bullet “Vacant jobs”. Here you can read about the job and apply online by clicking on “Send application”. You will then be asked to fill out some details about yourself. In addition, we also expect you to send in your CV and an application so that we can get an idea of your experience and qualifications.

Before you send your application you can print it out and check that all the information is correct. All applications are handled in complete confidence. When we receive your application we will immediately send a confirmation to you.

Please note that we only accept online applications, so please scan all documents and attachments you wish to send with your application and CV. If you have several documents, put them together in one document so we receive no more than two attached files:

  • A file with your application
  • A file with your CV and other relevant documents such as qualifications, references and so on.

Your attached files should not fill up more than 1 MB. If they do, we recommend instead that you take documents and attachments with you to an interview, should you be invited to one. 

After the closing date for applications, the manager who has sought the new employees will read and assess all applications. He or she then chooses the most competent candidates who will be invited for interview.

When you apply for a position with us, we also offer you the opportunity of being on our CV database, which is a recruiting tool just like job advertisements, and is used in certain cases instead of or as a supplement to different recruitment channels.

After putting your CV onto our database, we also offer you the opportunity to set up a job agent. Through the job agent you will receive a mail with the positions we have advertised which match your wishes and qualifications.

Unsolicited applications
You are always welcome to send us an unsolicited application if we do not have any vacant jobs which match your wishes and qualifications. Your unsolicited application is automatically registered in our CV database, which we use when a vacant position comes up. We then ask you to fill out some details about yourself and attach an application and CV explaining why you would like the job and why you think you would be suitable for the job. The application and CV should be put together as one document. You will also be asked to register a user name and access code, which you can use if you later want to update or delete your CV. You should also use your user name and access code if you want to apply for one of our vacant positions at a later date.

When a vacant position comes up we go through our CV database to find applications which relate to that vacant position. If we think your application corresponds to the qualifications which are required for the job, we will contact you. Send us your unsolicited applications via

A good application
For us both your CV and application are important: the CV because it tells us something about your formal qualifications, and the application because it tells us why you have applied for the job and what you feel you can contribute to it. Before you write your application you should therefore find out exactly what kind of job you wish to apply for and what it involves. A good application is aimed at what we require in our job advertisement. If you have any questions about the job or the job advertisement, you are always welcome to contact us.

A badly written application can lead to you being screened out immediately, so make sure that it is as correct as possible. A well-written application however is not necessarily a guarantee for getting an interview.
