We are constantly working to create open dialogue and scope for networking and collaboration across technical disciplines.
Our goal is to strengthen the Institute as a learning workplace and a sound business for the benefit of our customers. This is achieved through initiatives to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing by exploiting one’s own and one’s colleagues’ competences. Further explanatory comments from Annemarie Søgaard, Personnel Manager As employees we all have a responsibility to ensure that we maintain the practice of open dialogue at the Danish Technological Institute. Through open dialogue at all organisational levels we will fulfil an ambition to make the Institute transparent in relation to job and organisation both internally and externally such that information and knowledge can pass to the relevant employees through the communication channels at our disposal. We collaborate where it makes sense to do so and form networks externally and internally where they are needed. We work to optimise the opportunities to do this, through among other things a visible and logical employee structure, where every effort is made to ensure transparency in relation to job and organisation both internally and externally. Where appropriate we will exploit even further the benefits to be gained from having employees in a range of different technical disciplines, who can contribute valuable technical insight into complex problems. In this way we are able to offer the customer an optimal solution, keeping the customer as the central focus point. Part of our goal is to strengthen the Insititute as a learning workplace, where we place emphasis on the individual employee and organisational learning respectively. We must dare to be critical in those situations that demand it.
