We strive continuously to offer our employees opportunities to upgrade and supplement their qualifications and aim to utilise all available resources to the absolute optimal so that the Danish Technolgical Institute remains among Denmark’s top “training places”.

  • The employee development interview forms the basis for identifying goals and needs for further development in accordance with the Institute’s needs.
  • The Institute supports all relevant further development even outside working hours.

The Institute utilises and develops a very broad base of competences, which places great demands on the individual to take responsibility for and exploit all possible opportunities for keeping their skills cutting edge.
