HR policy - Communication

The Danish Technolgical Institute’s goal is to practise an open and solution-orientated dialogue. Our watchwords are concepts such as trust, responsibility and autonomy.

• We communicate internally through dialogue which is supported by accessible media, including a staff magazine. 
• External contacts – both written and verbal – are mediated with respect to the Institute’s overarching interests.

We expect that external communication at all levels is carried out such that the Institute’s collective interests are taken into account and under the responsibility of the immediate manager concerned.
