Surface treatment techniques

At our disposal we have several advanced techniques and processes which generate a number of different surface treatments, including hard, wear-resistant, corrosion proof and self-lubricating coatings for production tools and components for the industry.

• Wear on tools for machining, cut, punch, folding and bending of metals
• Adhesion and seizing for mechanical treatment of for instance stainless steel or light metals
• Non-stick plastic moulding tools
• Corrosion, for instance in gaseous evolution in plastic moulding forms

• Seizing between machine parts of e.g. stainless steel
• Wear and decomposition of wearing parts
