This course will demonstrate how Imitation Learning can be used for solving complex problems in the meat industry.

- Brief introduction to machine learning and imitation learning
- Introduction to slaughterhouses
- Case selection
- Feasibility studies
- Platform requirements
- Laboratory tests
- Evaluation of results
Form:
The course will mainly consist of lectures. There will also be a small number of exercises on toy models where it will be posible to try some of the techniques described in the course.
