Food grade pilot plant with traditional equipment to produce processed fish products. Batches can be produced from 10 kg and upwards.

In our pilot plant we can offer the following:

- Packaging (vacuum and modified atmosphere)
Our sausage maker has more than 25 years of experience with the craft and theory behind it, and he is ready to help with optimization of recipes, formulate new recipes, advise on choice of ingredients, use of side streams, selection process equipment and much more.
It is also possible to rent our pilot-plant on a daily fee.
