Industry-Partnered Technology Projects – On/offshore energy activities – Kick off
Danish Technological Institute (DTI) invites OEMs and on/offshore wind turbine developers to join the Kick-off of Industry Partnered Technology Projects (I PTP) on steel structures. The projects target lower LCOE by reducing uncertainty, failure risk, and over engineering through shared testing of fatigue, corrosion, and circular use of structural steel.
By participating in this workshop, you will gain a clear overview of relevant technological solutions and recent research findings, enabling you to identify concrete opportunities for joining collaborative projects.
Through an I-PTP programme, we combine industrial cases, testing and data sharing on key challenges, including:
- Slip behavior of bolted joints
- Reduced corrosion resistance under dynamic loading
- Local corrosion behavior versus standardized assumptions
- Methodologies to analyze flange gaps
- Circular use of structural steel in the industry
Presentations are delivered by specialists from DTI.
The price is DKK 4,895 / 653 € per company – with a maximum of 3 participants. DTI provides breakfast and lunch.
