The ITIL Value System
The ITIL Value System brings together essential components such as guiding principles, governance, value chain activities and management practices. The course reviews how these elements interact to help organisations create, deliver and improve services. The system supports flexible application and ensures all activities align with business goals.
ITIL Guiding Principles
A review of the seven guiding principles that form the basis of all decisions and behaviour in ITIL. These include "focus on value", "start where you are" and "progress iteratively with feedback".
