Format

The course alternates between practical exercises with concrete tools for time management and prioritization, group work, and presentations.

It is a good idea to bring your laptop so you can start implementing the tools right away.

Trainer

Jean is an optimization expert who, since 2004, has specialized in optimizing work routines with a focus on personal planning and efficiency in both public and private organizations. Jean emphasizes that participants leave the course with tools, inspiration, and knowledge – and, not least, concrete methods they can apply immediately. She is passionate about helping each participant create positive changes in a busy workday, gaining greater calm and surplus energy.
