Learn to work with ChatGPT

The course is based on tasks from a typical working day. In one day, you will get a full overview: You will learn how ChatGPT works, how to write prompts that produce useful answers, and how to use it for texts, numbers, documents and images.
 
You will also learn how to build your own AI assistants with Custom GPTs and Projects, so recurring tasks can be solved again and again. Everything is tested in practice along the way, so you can use it all the very next day after the course.
 
 

Target audience

The course is for you if you want to use AI as a practical support tool in your daily work. You may work in administration, finance, customer service, teaching, communication, management or other roles where you work with text, plans, analysis or dialogue with others. You may already have tried ChatGPT but want to use it in a more focused way. You do not need any experience with AI—only curiosity and a willingness to try things out in practice.
 

Prerequisites

You should be used to working on a computer and be able to use common digital tools and browsers. No prior knowledge of AI or programming is required.

  • Advanced workflows: Summarise documents and websites, and analyse longer texts.
  • ChatGPT on your smartphone: Solve tasks on the go with the app.
  • Excel and code: Get help with numbers, data and small tools without needing to know how to program.
  • Analyse images and documents with Vision: Turn screenshots, receipts and photos into useful information.
  • Create images and illustrations: Professional images for presentations, ads and materials.
  • Build your own AI assistants with Custom GPTs and Projects: Recurring tasks solved automatically, again and again.
 
 
Note: AI and ChatGPT are rapidly evolving, and there are ongoing updates and news. Therefore, there may be changes to the program.
 
 

Format

The course has a practical approach with a focus on hands-on exercises, so you gain an effective understanding of how to use ChatGPT during the course and in your everyday work afterwards. After the course, you will receive digital access to the course materials. The teaching is in Danish, while the course materials are in English.
