About the course

MoP guidance delivers a strategic framework for portfolio management by enabling the selection, prioritisation, and control of an organisation’s projects and programmes. The intention is to maintain an effective balance between change initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) activities, ensuring optimum return on investment.

Target audience

Members of Management Boards and Directors of Change, Senior Responsible Owners (SROs), Portfolio, Programme, Project, Business Change and Benefits Managers, Business Case Writers.

Exam/certification

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation within 48 hours of your purchase to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exam.

PeopleCert is responsible for everything related to your exam.
