The MSP 5th Edition Practitioner course equips you to confidently tackle complex change initiatives. Through real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises, you'll learn to apply the MSP framework and seamlessly integrate it with your organisation’s practices. Prerequisites

You will need a valid certificate in either MSP 4th Edition Practitioner or MSP 5th Edition Foundation.

Exam/certification

Exams are taken online via remote proctor. You will be sent an email invitation within 48 hours of your purchase to register on the Peoplecert portal. Once registered you will be able to book your online exam at a date and time of your choice. You are responsible for booking your own exam.

PeopleCert is responsible for everything related to your exam.

Exam Format

• 150 minutes
• multiple choice
• open book, 60% pass mark
• online exam via remote proctor
