About the course

Ideal for teams delivering fast-paced, change-driven initiatives, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation introduces the core principles of Agile and project management. You’ll explore how Agile practices align with PRINCE2 Project Management’s governance to support Agile ways of working in structured project environments.

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam

Content

• Understand how Agile approaches fit within structured PRINCE2 project management to support responsive, well-governed delivery.
• Learn the Agile mindset: values, principles, and behaviours such as openness to change, collaboration, and team empowerment, including the Agile Onion.
• Distinguish between “being Agile” (culture and mindset) and “doing Agile” (processes and practices), and see how both together improve and sustain Agile ways of working.
• Gain knowledge of core Agile concepts and tools: user stories, burn charts, stand-ups, backlogs, estimation (e.g. T-shirt sizing), and minimum viable product (MVP).

In connection with the course, you will receive a voucher for an Online Proctored Exam (OLP), which you can take from your own computer at a time that suits you best. PeopleCert is responsible for everything related to your exam.
