Transport testing of packaging - Types of test and equipment

Below you can see the tests we offer and the equipment we have available.

Drop test

To simulate vertical shocks, such as drops during distribution or repacking.

• Max height: 9 m
• Max mass: 3 t

Impact shock (rail shock)

To simulate horizontal shocks, such as during braking.

• Max speed: 11 km/h
• Max mass: 1.5 t

Vibration test

To simulate road, air, and rail transport. 

• Dimensions: 1.5 x 1.5 m
• Max mass: 1.2 t
• Frequency range: 1 - 200 Hz

Compression test

To simulate stacking of pallets or boxes in a warehouse, among other things.

• Max force: 150 kN
• Max size: 1480 x 1480 mm

Vacuum test

To simulate air transport or crossing mountains, we have a vacuum chamber.

• Max vacuum: 0.5 bar
• Max size: Length 1400 mm, Width 800 mm, Height 800 mm

Climate test

To simulate the effects of temperature and humidity, we have a large number of different climate chambers and rooms.
