Learn more about 3D printing
Additive Manufacturing (AM) - or 3D printing - is increasingly used as a production resource and thus no longer only for prototypes. Several independent analyses point to 3D printing as one of the manufacturing technologies that Danish industry can use to improve competitiveness and maintain Danish production jobs.
In this course package we go in depth with the 7 overall 3D printing technologies: Powder Bed Fusion in metal and plastic, Fused Deposition Modeling, Binder Jetting, Material Jetting, Vat Photopolymerization, and Directed Energy Deposition. Here, you get an overview of all the different aspects of the technologies, so you are better equipped to assess which one(s) make sense to you - and when. The package also includes a course specifically on quality assurance of 3D printing as well as a course on the economic perspectives and how to assess whether 3D printing is good business. With the Danish Technological Institute as a course provider, you are sure to get an independent and objective review of all the topics.
