Read more about energy labelling here:

An ice cream freezer is a specialized freezer used for storing and exposing the ice cream to customers in an attractive way with the aim of promoting the sale of ice cream. It keeps the ice cream at an optimal temperature to maintain its texture and prevent it from melting. It can be found in supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, gas-tanks etc.
Accredited Testing Facilities
Our Refrigerating and Energy Related Products Laboratory is accredited to test ice cream freezers according to the following international test standards:
- Testing according to EN/ISO 22043.
- Testing according to Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2018 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2024.
Laboratory Services
In our Refrigerating and Energy Related Products Laboratory, we offer accredited testing of all types of ice cream freezers of various shapes and sizes. We are able to test e.g. storage temperatures, different climate classes with lid openings and annual electrical energy consumption. Tests are performed under controlled test conditions, and the test standard is structured to simulate the actual conditions that an ice cream freezer will experience under normal use.
We look forward to helping you optimize your products through precise and reliable testing in our advanced laboratory facilities.
