Benjamin’s activities focus on bringing new technologies into application through technology development, test, and large-scale demonstration, as well as consultancy of industrial end-users. He is specialized in various topics related to decarbonization of industrial process heating, such as industrial heat pumps, electric boilers, and thermal storage. Benjamin holds a PhD on industrial heat pumps.
Frederik Dupond Holdt
Consultant
Frederik is project leader of numerous decarbonization projects focusing on electrification and high-temperature heat pumps. His work primarily focuses on consultancy in collaboration with clients, guiding them through the entire process toward decarbonization. This includes production analyses focusing on energy and temperature, as well as guidance on safely achieving the transition from fossil fuels to electrification.

Senior Consultant
Sanduni is a decarbonization specialist dedicated to guiding industries toward net-zero, with a primary focus on electrification through industrial heat pumps. Her work includes developing decarbonization roadmaps for various industrial sectors as well as contributing to research & development efforts in industrial heat pump technologies. She holds an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) in Chemical Process and Product Design, with her thesis focused on industrial heat pumps.
