A range of our PVD-based surface coatings, namely DLC coatings (Diamond Like Carbon) and CrN coatings (chromium nitride), have obtained full approval for food contact after a series of tests. This means that the coatings comply with relevant EU regulations and Danish regulations for food contact materials.

The approval demonstrates ones again that our coatings are of the highest quality and meets even the strictest requirements for safety and performance, including in the food industry.
