Beverage Coolers
Commercial beverage coolers are to comply with EU ecodesign and energy labelling requirements.
Read more about energy labelling here:

A commercial beverage cooler is a high-capacity cooling appliance specifically designed for use in professional or business settings, such as cafes, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Its primary purpose is to store and display beverages like soda, water, beer, wine, and other drinks while maintaining them at optimal serving temperatures. They are designed to hold large quantities of drinks to meet the demands of high-traffic environments.
They are available in various sizes and models, from small countertop models to larger freestanding or built-in units. Many models feature transparent glass doors and interior lighting to showcase beverages, making it easier for customers to browse and select their drinks.
Accredited Testing Facilities
Our Refrigerating and Energy Related Products Laboratory is accredited to test beverage coolers according to the following international test standards:
- Testing according to EN 16902 and EN 22044.
- Testing according to Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2018 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2024.
Laboratory Services
In our laboratory, we offer accredited testing of all types of commercial beverage coolers in various shapes and sizes. We are able to test e.g. storage temperatures, EMS functionality, half-reload cooling time and level of energy and power consumption, and the testing is conducted under controlled laboratory conditions.
The test standard is structured to simulate the actual conditions that a beverage cooler will experience under normal use.
We look forward to helping you optimize your products through precise and reliable testing in our advanced laboratory facilities.
