The Danish Technological Institute's copper solution allows high-precision, low-waste printing of conductive circuits on diverse substrates, improving performance while reducing costs.
Our sustainable process replaces expensive, rare silver inks and hazardous etching. It lowers costs and carbon footprint, conserves resources, and supports environmentally friendly, onshore manufacturing for modern electronics.
Technical Performance:
- Sheet resistivity: 10 mΩ/□/mil on coated PET (for 120T mesh)
- Adhesion: 4B-5B (ISO 2409)
- Outstanding pot life: 72 hours @ 25°C
- Exceptional compatibility: standard convection oven in combination with sintering through heat pressing
- Tailorable performance (custom requests possible)
