With more than 30 years of experience in surface treatment, especially PVD coatings (Physical Vapor Deposition), we are at the forefront of developing, applying, and producing advanced surface solutions. We are ISO 9001 certified and deliver solutions to clients ranging from manufacturing industries to research institutions. We process both single items and mass-produced parts, offering both standard solutions and bespoke PVD coatings for special needs.

Our specialist surface technologies include a variety of PVD processes, ion implantation, and plasma nitriding. State-of-the-art production facilities
Our advanced production facilities are equipped with the latest surface treatment technologies. One of our PVD processes is called “magnetron sputtering”. This technology allows for the deposition of thin film coatings with precisely tailored properties, ideal for the optimization of surfaces on tools, machine parts, and other components requiring exceptional performance under demanding conditions. Our industrial PVD systems utilize HiPIMS technology - the latest advanced development.
Moreover, we can remove prior PVD coatings by “decoating” or “stripping” without damaging the base material, enabling us to apply a new coating and extend your tool’s life through refurbishment.
Our expertise and equipment also include plasma nitriding, a process for enhancing steel’s surface hardness and wear resistance at low temperatures, with minimal risk of altering the shape and distorting the part. Plasma nitriding can be applied to selected surface areas as needed.
Finally, we have an ion accelerator used for ion implantation - a unique surface treatment that improves surface properties such as lubricity, friction, and corrosion resistance without affecting the component’s dimensions or shape. Analytical equipment for surface characterization and tribology testing
We use advanced analytical tools, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), nanoindenters for measuring local surface hardness, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), precision profilometers (Dektak) for measuring thin film thickness and surface topography, as well as pin-on-disc tribometers.
