The laboratory at Chemical Characterisation and Services carries out chemical analyses in accordance with the DGNB requirements. They include the evaluation of more than 200 defined substances present in the indoor climate of sustainable buildings. A laboratory analysis meets the current edition of EN 16516, and an analysis comprises more than 200 substances with specified EU LCI values.

  • Tenax tubes are analysed by ATD-GC/MS in accordance with EN 16516 and ISO 16000-6.
  • DNPH coated tubes are analysed for relevant aldehydes (including formaldehyde) according to EN 16516 and ISO 16000-3.
  • The laboratory also carried out analyses in accordance with criteria from FBK, LEED, and the Danish Indoor Climate Label (Indeklimamærket).
